IMS Workshop Applying Coaching Methods for Auditors
In this IMS workshop, coaching techniques are adapted so that they can be applied to audits as well as other specific communication situations. Whilst receiving theoretical input, participants are therefore given the opportunity to see these methods being applied for themselves and practise them.
