IMS Workshop Optimal Structuring of Organisations

Companies grow and develop. Systems managers and auditors are important contact partners for management in the further development of the organisation. In this IMS workshop the participants focus on the characteristics of different organisation structures and their effects. The effects of various organisation designs on the core processes are worked through by using case studies. You investigate various restructuring and reorganisation approaches and gain competence as a systems manager and auditor in discussion, evaluation and in the practical implementation of structural changes.
