The EFQM Model is a model based on seven criteria that helps to understand and analyze an organization's behavior, thinking and culture. The EFQM Model provides an overall view of a company. The structure of the EFQM Model is built around the following three areas:

·Direction: Why does the organization exist? What purpose and strategy does it fulfill?
·Execution: How does it intend to achieve its purpose and implement its strategy?
·Results: What has been achieved so far? What does the organization want to accomplish in the future?
