We're glad you enjoy the opportunity to learn at your very own pace! And we want to encourage that further by incorporating our live online training sessions in between your self-study phases. These sessions will serve two purposes:
Firstly our experienced trainers will lay out the path and highlight important concepts ahead.
This will support you in getting the essentials out of the course material.
Secondly we want to provide a platform for all trainees to clarify questions you might have TOGETHER - and thus benefit from our various views on and experiences with the topics covered in the material.

For those aiming at a Green Belt certificate, part of the first live online training session is the definition of a pilot project relevant to the participant’s company. This project will be worked on in parallel to the participants’ learning progress: For participants, this results in the additional benefit of being able to test and implement the acquired knowledge in real world practice. Select a topic that allows you to complete your pilot project within a period of 3 to 4 months. Your company thus benefits from your training project. You will receive information on how to select a suitable project in time before the first session. To participate in the training and to apply the skills acquired during the training, you will have access to statistical toolkit online.
