Your goal is to align your organization with the principles of circular economy and you are already taking the first steps? You are not sure how well your organization is positioned regarding circularity and circular economy? You would like to receive some initial feedback on the status quo of the transformation process? You would like to demonstrate what you have already implemented, and find out which possible "gaps" still exist and which further steps would make sense?
This compact assessment serves as an initial assessment and analysis of your starting point to begin the transformation towards circularity or to further increase your circularity in a targeted manner. For this purpose, your organization will be evaluated with the compact assessment based on selected questions of the criteria catalogue for the Circular Globe Label.Throughout the 1-day assessment, you will gain valuable know-how on the basics and implementation of circular economy. Following the compact assessment, you will receive a report with concrete feedback on the circular maturity of your organization, including specific areas of potential for improvement. Subsequently, you can achieve the Circular Globe Label Award with a follow-up assessment – the compact assessment carried out will be credited for the comprehensive assessment or for the Circular Globe Label.
Circular Globe is a European initiative of Quality Austria and SQS (Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems) and is based on the EFQM Model and international ISO Standards.

- Contributing to a more sustainable and resource-efficient future
- Reducing environmental impact (e. g. CO2, higher material health and product safety, reduction of waste)

- Thinking today about tomorrow's generations
Circular Globe is aimed at all types and sizes of organizations, irrespective of sector and company form.
Circular economy generally follows a far-reaching approach. On the one hand, existing products should remain in use as long as possible through repair, refurbishing, resale, etc. On the other hand, the materials used should be designed in such a way that they can always be returned to the product cycle (or biological cycles) through recycling.
In order to obtain the Circular Globe Label, interested organizations have to undergo a two-stage assessment by the experts of Quality Austria. Subsequently, depending on the degree of maturity and scope of the concept, the corresponding labels are issued. The progress is recorded in annual interim assessments and is again assessed and checked in detail after the validity period of three years has expired. The modular structure and the multi-stage nature of the label guarantee easy entry, even for smaller organizations.
