The course teaches participants the most important requirements, rules and standards, methods for preparing, performing and creating audit reports, and communication techniques for leading discussions and objectively presenting audit findings.
Based on their fundamental knowledge of system managements in the respective field, Auditors are able to initiate, plan and conduct issue-specific audits according to ISO 19011, both as the sole auditor and in an audit team (1st party – internal audits, 2nd party – supplier audits, system, process and compliance audits together with experts). The term “issue-specific” refers to certain fields, such as quality, environment or occupational health and safety, depending on the certificate requested.
