Henkel Maribor celebrates 30 years of certification by Quality Austria
Henkel Maribor is part of the Henkel Group and currently serves as the central hub and CoE (Center of Excellence for Hair Coloring) for the EU, manufacturing hair care, hair styling, and hair coloring products. The company was recently certified for ISO 9001 by Quality Austria Certification for the 30th year in a row, demonstrating decades of success through quality.
The long-established company Henkel Slovenija was founded in 1887 and has expanded its original chemical and soap production to include cosmetics over the years. Today, Henkel Consumer Brands offers a multi-category platform for consumer brands, comprising a wide range of products and well-known brands. Quality is always the company's top priority.
Quality management goals
As one of the first companies in Slovenia and within the Henkel Group, Henkel was certified by Quality Austria Certification, Austria's leading authority for system and product certification according to ISO 9001, back in 1995. In 2020, new standards were also introduced and integrated: The company's certification scope now includes ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (safety), ISO 50001 (energy), and ISO 22716 (good manufacturing practice – cosmetics).
Following the successful recertification of the entire scope of certification, we were able to award Henkel Maribor another 30 years of quality management in 2025.
