HVAC Fitter not only provide services (planning, fitting, servicing, maintaining) in the area of sanitary facilities and heating, but also are specialized in air conditioning and modern heating systems, such as solar energy plants and wood pellet based heating. In order to meet market requirements, further development and adaption to the state-of-the-art technology are indispensable.
Customers not only expect high product quality but also have high expectations in the provision of services and define generally high quality standards.
With the „Austria Quality Seal Fitter“, quality assurance is going beyond the legal requirements, and is documented by an independent and neutral body.
In future, it will not be enough to have just “satisfied” customers, but “perfectly satisfied” customers. Quality assurance should not only be ensured in individual areas; each employee (from top management to cleaning personnel) should be committed to quality.
The Austria Quality Seal is an external identification mark of HVAC companies, indicating improved operational procedures in the interest of perfectly functioning customer and employee relationships, thus providing orientation and guidance to customers and clients.
With the Austria Quality Seal „Fitter“, OQA addresses all HVAC companies:
- Gas and sanitary engineering
- Heating engineering and / or aeration
A neutral and independent body will carry out regular external reviews that ensure and document the high quality standard:
Customers will restate their demands in terms of favorable prices – a bargain offer will no longer be enough!
In future it will become increasingly important to meet high service expectations and to design a functioning relationship management with customers, employees and market partners.
The motto should be changed from „control production” to „controlled production”. The guild of sanitary, heating and ventilation technicians wants to provide the opportunity to its members find their way to quality assurance through controlled production and services, and supports them in doing so.
Compliance with legal requirements and employment of qualified and trained personnel with clearly assigned responsibilities are prerequisites.
In addition, compliance with the Quality Guideline requirements must be ensured during validity of the certificate.
