This course provides participants with an overview of Automotive Core Tools, which have to be applied by suppliers and their employees during the entire product life cycle.
None (Quality management or experience in the automotive industry is advantageous)
Employees in the automotive supplier industry, such as managers, project managers or employees, sales, key account managers, purchasing / procurement, quality assurance, SCM, production, test and measurement equipment / metrology, maintenance etc.
- Principles of statistics
- Core Tools: Introduction and basics
- Economic process design and process reliability
- APQP/MLA. Project management and maturity level assurance
- Control Plan: Production control plans, illustration of production and test procedures
- FMEA: Identification, evaluation and control of risks in product and process development
- MSA, SPC, PPAP/PPF, 8D method
