Data Analysis for Management Systems

This course provides application-oriented basic knowledge, tools and methods for the analysis of process data. The participants will be able to carry out typical evaluation and analysis scenarios in the context of quality management with the help of common MS-Excel tools and will also be equipped with the necessary tools of basic concepts from statistics.

Senior managers and junior managers who use data to evaluate and develop quality management systems and organizations.

• This course is credited to “Statisticians for Business, Industry, and Technology” (ST/QII training until 2023 and ST from 2024)
• For practical exercises during the training, the use of a notebook is required, which has to be brought by the course participants.
• In addition to the standard functions of MS-Excel, the MS-Excel-based statistical software of Quality Austria is provided free of charge.
