The contents of the examination refer to the course Process Manager (PROM).
Training in accordance with the course Process Manager (PROM) and project work.
The practical part of the examination consists of a home or project work, which is done between the course and the final examination. The acquired knowledge should by applied in the own company within the scope of the projekt work. Therefore an immediate added value, which can be applied in the company, is created.
The written examination consists of multiple choice questions and takes 30 minutes.
In the oral examination the results of the home or project work are presented (e.g. PowerPoint).
Presentation length: 10 minutes.

Upon successful completion of the examination and submission of proof of practical experience, the candidate will receive the certificate Process Manager. |

Additionally the EOQ Process Manager certificate can be issued on request. |
3 years
- Proof (e.g. letter from employer, interim certification, self-declaration) of applied process management in the last 3 years.
- Refresher course for Process Managers (RPROM) or appropriate qualityaustria training.
The exact timing dependent on the number of participants and may differ from the mentioned times.
