The ISO 14001 and EMAS as well as the OHSAS 18001 (future ISO 45001) require the fulfillment of statutory requirements. This course focuses on the development and implementation of a systematic procedure for recognising statutory and regulatory requirements and for assessing their impact on the organisation. This legal management promotes the legal certainty for the organisation.
For future quality management representatitves/system managers and environmental management representatives/system managers the practical understanding of relevant statutory requirements is not only required by the standard, but also a central topic in practice for improving the legal certainty. Content-related synergies of these two legal fields will be discussed in this course.

This course is recognized by the Association of Austrian Safety Engineers / Safety Experts (Verband Österreichischer Sicherheitsingenieure / Sicherheitsexperten VÖSI) as further education for safety experts (3 points). |
