Quality Management Representative and Internal Auditor – Compact

During the first four days of this five day course you will obtain a solid knowledge base about quality management as well as the most important methods and tools. You will learn about:

• System documentation
• Process management
• Requirements of ISO 9001
• Quality planning
• Improvement and assessment of risks and opportunities
• Internal audits
• Methods and tools for quality management

At the end of the 4th day, after successful completion of the course, there will be a written examination consisting of multiple-choice questions (duration: 30 minutes).

Upon successful completion of the examination you will receive the certificate Quality Management Representative - Compact. As an additional service, the corresponding IQNet Certificate will be issued free of charge and you will enter the list of registered professionals on the IQNet Academy website.

On the fifth day of this course you gain fundamental knowledge about the conduct of internal audits. You will get to know:

• ISO 19011
• Principles of auditing
• Opening and closing meeting
• Sampling procedures
• Inspection procedures during the audit
• Preparing the audit report
• Saw tooth effect
• The up and downsizing effect
• Quick scan audits

The course will be concluded with an examination. Please note that the positively passed exam Quality Management Representative - Compact is required to take the exam Internal Auditor - Compact (participants, who fail the exam can attend the course day Internal Auditor - Compact, but are not allowed to take the examination Internal Auditor - Compact).

Upon successful completion of the examination the candidate will receive the certificate Internal Auditor - Compact. As an additional service, the corresponding IQNet Certificate will be issued free of charge and you will enter the list of registered professionals on the IQNet Academy website.

Quality Management Representative - Compact: Proof (e. g. confirmation by the employer, interim certificate, self-declaration) of 3 years of professional experience in the area of quality assurance and/or quality management within the last 5 years.

Internal Auditor - Compact: Proof (e. g. confirmation by the employer, interim certificate, self-declaration) of 3 years of professional experience in the area of quality assurance and/or quality management within the last 5 years.

• Refresher Course for Quality Management Representatives (RQB) or an appropriate qualityaustria training.

• By registering for the course you will also be registered for both exams.
• This course is excluded from the qualityaustria bonus system.
