Upgrade for Operational Supervisors (SCC)

Overview

This advanced course provides those participants who already have fundamental knowledge of occupational health and safety, and environmental protection with a reminder of the contents of the SGU course.

Requirements

For attending this course it is necessary to have fundamental knowledge of occupational health and safety. A completed vocational training according to the Vocational Training Act or an equivalent or superior education, or a compensatory training for supervisors of at least 3 days (24 teaching units) with educational objectives according to SCC:2011 is required for the subsequently examination for operational supervisors. The respective proof has to be submitted for registration of the course. If the prerequisites for the examination are not fully met or there is need for clarification, there is the possibility of a decision on a case-by-case basis.

Note

The registration for the course is also valid as a registration for the examination and the examination charge is included in the course fees. The examination will take place directly after the course. Furthermore, there are examination dates (see SGUP examination for Operational Supervisors) which can be booked separately. The obligatory prerequisites for taking the examination have to be noted. If the prerequisites for the examination are not fully met or there is need for clarification, there is the possibility of a decision on a case-by-case basis.

Examination for Operational Supervisors (SCC)

Content

The contents of the examination refer to the course Training for Operational Supervisors (SCC) (SGU).

Requirements
  • Education: Completed vocational training according to the Vocational Training Act or equivalent or superior education or
  • compensatory training for supervisors: A course with educational objectives according to the regulations of SCC:2011, which takes at least 3 days (24 teaching units).

Format

The written examination consists of multiple choice questions and takes 105 minutes.

Fee

The charge is included in the course fees of the courses SGU and SGUU. The examination fee for separately booked dates amounts to € 180,- (excl. 20% VAT).

Certificate

Upon successful completion of the examination, the candidate will receive the certificate SHE for Operational Supervisors

Content

Die Prüfungsinhalte beziehen sich auf den Lehrgang Schulung für operative Führungskräfte (SCC) (SGU).

Requirements

Mitarbeitende der operativen Ebene (z. B. Arbeiter*innen, Monteur*innen).

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung gemäß Berufsausbildungsgesetz (BAG) bzw. gleichwertige oder höherwertige Ausbildung oder
  • ersatzweise Schulungfür fehlende Ausbildung: mind. 3-tägige Schulung (24 Unterrichtseinheiten) mit Lernzielen für Führungskräfte entsprechend dem Regelwerk SCC:2011

Die entsprechenden Ausbildungsnachweise sind vor der Prüfung zu erbringen. Sofern die Voraussetzungen zur Prüfung nicht eindeutig erfüllt werden können oder es Klärungsbedarf gibt, besteht die Möglichkeit der Einzelfallentscheidung.

Format

Die schriftliche Prüfung besteht aus Auswahlaufgaben (Multiple-Choice). Prüfungsdauer: 60 Minuten

Fee

Für die Teilnehmenden des Lehrgangs SGU bzw. SGUU ist die Prüfungsgebühr in der Lehrgangsgebühr enthalten. Die Prüfungsgebühr an einem separat gewählten Termin beträgt im Jahr 2022 € 195,- (exkl. 20% MwSt.) bzw. € 205,- (exkl. 20% MwSt.) im Jahr 2023.

Certificate

Bei bestandener Prüfung erhalten die Teilnehmenden das Zertifikat SGU für operative Mitarbeitende.

10 Jahre
