Overview

Participants learn the requirements of ISO 14001 and EMAS regulations for constructing an environmental management system. They know how to formulate and persue environmental objectives as well as how to identify and assess environmental aspects.

Certified environmental management representatives are able to apply the necessary tools to develop an environmental management system independently. They are aware of the factors of success. The focus is also on the promotion of standard competency, i.e. the participants understand the main standard requirements, can interpret them situationally and implement them in practice.

Qualified and relevant professional experience is advantageous

Specialists who are responsible for establishing and maintaining environmental management systems such as environmental management representatives, environmental systems manager, energy management representative and waste disposal specialists

  • Role and responsibilities of the top management

  • Preparation of a life cycle inventory analysis (Input-, Outputanalysis)
