At Quality Austria, we live a continuous improvement process every day – it is important to us to uncover opportunities as well as weaknesses and to continuously develop ourselves further. For this reason, a questionnaire is sent out after each audit we carry out (system certification) or after training and further education (certification of persons). Many thanks to all those who took the time to fill in our short questionnaire – only through the honest evaluations and constructive comments can we continue to improve. Thanks to your trust in the services of Quality Austria and your valuable feedback, we were again able to achieve an impressive and above-average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 89 in the area of system certifications and 68 for personal certifications in 2023. Net Promoter Score and results
NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a key figure that is used to measure customer satisfaction and the likelihood of recommending a company, product or service to others. The result can be between -100 and +100. The higher the number, the more satisfied the customers, and therefore the better the result.
