High recommendation rate (Net Promoter Score) for Quality Austria
We would like to thank you today. We not only communicate the relevance of a continuous improvement process to our customers, but also try to live this important process ourselves on a daily basis. It is of utmost importance to us to continuously improve and develop ourselves. For this reason, a questionnaire is sent out after each audit in the field of system certification and after each qualityaustria training in the field of personal certification.
After conducting audits in the field of system and product certifications as well as after qualityaustria trainings, the respective contact persons or participants are asked to provide us with feedback online. What was perceived particularly positively, what are possible potentials for improvement?

One question in our questionnaires is "Would you recommend Quality Austria to others?". We are particularly proud of such positive feedback on this question!
We are very pleased to have achieved a NPS (Net Promoter Score) of an exceptionally high 65 in the area of personal certifications and trainings and a sensational 91 in the area of system certifications. NPS is an indicator developed by Fred Reichheld that measures the satisfaction of customers, business partners or employees based on the recommendation rate. The values can vary from industry to industry, but generally a value equal to or greater than 50 can be interpreted as "very good".
